CelEbration 2006 was a sucess!

2007 promises to be another great celebration! 

   The Chick-Owa National Hunting and Fishing Day was designed to bring together all types of people who enjoy all types of Traditional Outdoor Sports. The goal of bringing all these people together is to pass on the Heritage that has been passed on to us. Afterall, the best way to preserve Our Heritage is to pass it on to the next generation.

   We, The Members of The Chick-Owa Sportsman's Club, sincerely hope that you will find this event educational and enjoyable. Our United States Gongress chose the date to celebrate. We chose to host a celebration. Other local clubs have decided to join us for this celebration as well. This event is promoted and sponsored by the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF)

   With the purchase of a ticket in 2007, participants will be able to enjoy as much or as little of the day as they wished. There are nearly 20 different workshops scheduled for the 2007 Celebration. Up to 10 different workshops will run at each specified time. The specified times were 9:00am, 10:30am, 12:00pm, 1:30pm, 3:00pm, and 4:30pm. This makes six opportunities to enhance your outdoor skills. In between each workshop, participants are able to talk to their friends, other outdoorsmen and women, beginners wanting advice, and even experienced outdoorsman who wil answer their questions.

   This celebration is designed to benefit anyone from 8 to 80, men and women, fishermen and hunters, rookies, and even veterans to the Traditional Outdoor Sports. Reserve your tickets today and join the 2007 Celebration on the 22nd of September, 2007
